日本水産増殖学会庶務幹事 (2024–2026年)

日本沿岸域に生息する胎生魚類の繁殖に焦点を当てて研究に取り組んでいます. これまでは特に, メバル類の雄尿中に含まれるタンパク質の産生機構や機能ならびにその産業利用について研究を進めてきました. 今後は, 胎生魚類のみならず多様な水生生物について, その繁殖生理機構に関する研究を実施していきます. 基礎的な研究で明らかにしたことをうまく利用して, 産業種の種苗生産技術の開発などの応用研究に結びつけていきたいです.
